The site is
strategically located 6 Kms (5 minutes drive) to the
southeast out of town center on Zayed Bin Sultan road,
which is the main high way to the Omani Boarder; it is
conveniently accessed from the main “Schools Highway”
that feeds directly from most of Al Ain residential
areas avoiding the congestions of traffic lights and
roundabouts.
Furthermore,
the development will be the nearest
commercial destination
to serve the eastern
side of Al Ain represented in the existing
town ship of Mezyad, Um Ghafa and Al Dhaher
of a current population of 70,000 mainly UAE
Nationals.
Over the next few years, the new development
zones indicated on the map will be developed
to accommodate an additional population of
120,000, with associated modern
infrastructure of medical, educational,
administrative and commercial facilities to
support the Al Ain New Township.
